Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Add the vegetable oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.

Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten each ball with a fork.
