Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, slice the fresh figs and toss them with lemon juice and agave syrup.

Remove the crust from the oven and arrange the sliced figs on top.

Bake for another 20 minutes, or until the figs are soft and the crust is golden brown.

Allow the tart to cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
