Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Add amaranth flour and roast it for 4-5 minutes until it turns golden brown.

In a separate saucepan, combine jaggery and water. Heat the mixture until the jaggery melts and forms a syrup.

Pour the jaggery syrup into the roasted flour and mix well.

Add cardamom powder, almonds, and pistachios. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased plate and spread it evenly.

Allow it to cool for 30 minutes, then cut it into shards.
