Peel and cut the daikon radish into small cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies. Cook until tomatoes are soft.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Add daikon radish cubes and water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the radish is cooked.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
