  5. Stir in frozen peas and curry powder. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Add cooked quinoa, coconut milk, lemon juice, and salt. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
