  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the okara, almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the almond milk and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well until a thick batter forms.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped almonds.
  5. Transfer the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the center is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Cut the baked rectangle into sticks and serve.
