  3. Remove from heat and spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet. Smooth it out with a spatula and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the cooled mixture into squares or rectangles.
  5. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry the panelle until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
