  4. In a separate pan, heat vegetable oil and add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook for a minute.
  5. Add the cooked dal to the pan and mix well. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot with rice or bread.
