  1. Drain and press tofu to remove excess water. Cut tofu into cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  4. Add tofu cubes to the salad and pour the dressing over it.
  5. Toss everything together until well coated.
  6. Let the salad rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
