Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a blender, combine the avocado, chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

In a large pan, heat the avocado sauce over medium heat. Add the cooked pasta and toss until well coated.
