In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and mini chocolate chips.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
