In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and salt.

Add the cold and cubed butter to the flour mixture.

Use a fork or a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add the ice water, one tablespoon at a time, and mix until the dough comes together.

Shape the dough into a disk, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the chilled dough on a lightly floured surface to fit your tart pan.
