  2. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, and cayenne pepper. Stir well to coat the cauliflower.
  4. Pour in the diced tomatoes and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Add the chickpeas and season with salt and black pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve the stew hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
