Peel and grate the cassava.

In a large bowl, combine the grated cassava, coconut milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.

Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.

Pour the cassava mixture into the greased baking dish.

Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and set.
