This is vegan, gluten free and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 6.

  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add salt.
  3. Add the sliced carrots and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until tender.
  4. Drain the carrots.
  5. In a separate pan, heat olive oil.
  6. Add the cooked carrots and honey to the pan.
  7. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
  10. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
