Rinse and drain the kidney beans, black beans, and chickpeas.

Trim and blanch the green beans and yellow wax beans.

Dice the red bell pepper, red onion, and fresh parsley.

In a large bowl, combine all the beans, bell pepper, onion, and parsley.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the bean mixture and toss gently to combine.
