In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and pecans.

In a small bowl, whisk together the chilli jam and lime juice to make the dressing.

Once the pumpkin is cooked, allow it to cool slightly. Then, add the caramelised pumpkin slices to the salad bowl.
