Butter-free Chocolate Tart
The Oreo cookie crust adds a unique twist to this chocolate tart, giving it a deliciously crunchy base.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.

In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies, almond flour, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. Mix well.

Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan, creating an even crust.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool completely.

In a saucepan, heat the maple syrup and coconut cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.

Stir in the remaining cocoa powder and vanilla extract.

Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust and spread it evenly.

Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours to set.
