Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.

Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes, until crispy and golden.

In a separate bowl, mix the grapes, balsamic vinegar, and honey.

After removing the Brussels sprouts from the oven, add the grape mixture to the baking sheet and toss to combine.

Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes.
