  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead lightly for about 1 minute. Shape it into a round loaf.
  5. Place the loaf onto the prepared baking sheet and score a cross on top with a sharp knife.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
