Braised Radishes
Braising radishes brings out their natural sweetness and mellows their peppery flavor.

Trim the radishes and cut them in half.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the radishes and garlic cloves to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.

Cover the skillet and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the radishes are tender.

Remove the lid and stir in butter, salt, and black pepper.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
