  1. Wash the kale leaves and remove the tough stems. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the kale to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts to wilt.
  4. Pour in vegetable stock and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Cover the pan and let the kale simmer for about 15 minutes until tender.
  6. Remove the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes to allow excess liquid to evaporate.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
