Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and crumble it into small pieces.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until they become translucent.

In a mixing bowl, combine the canned baked beans, sautéed onion and garlic, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the crumbled bacon.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the beans are thick and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
