  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the blueberries, oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, vanilla extract, unsweetened applesauce, maple syrup, almond milk, and coconut oil to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Transfer the bread to a wire rack and let it cool completely before slicing and serving.
