This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 11.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut flakes, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well to coat everything evenly.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, break the granola into clusters.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
