Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Add black beans, fire-roasted corn, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
