In a food processor, blend black beans, veggie pulp, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic cloves, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Form patties with the mixture, about 1/2 cup for each patty.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes per side, until golden brown.

If desired, you can also bake the patties in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-15 minutes on each side.

Serve the black bean burgers on buns with your favorite toppings and condiments. Enjoy!
