  2. Boil the bitter melon slices in salted water for 2 minutes.
  3. Drain the bitter melon slices and rinse with cold water.

  5. Add the boiled bitter melon slices and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce, sesame seeds, and salt. Stir-fry for another minute.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
