Peel and boil the sweet potatoes until tender. Mash them and let them cool.

In a bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, and salt.

Shape the mixture into small balls.

Roll the balls in coconut flakes.

Crush the cornflakes and coat the balls with them.

Place the coated balls on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil.
