In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder.

Add the mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well to form a thick batter.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Remove the fritters from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
