  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the walnuts and sugar.
  3. Melt the butter and set aside.
  4. Take one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle some of the walnut-sugar mixture on top.
  6. Roll the sheet tightly into a cylinder shape.
  7. Repeat steps 4-6 for the remaining sheets.
  8. Place the rolled cylinders on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. In a small saucepan, heat the lemon juice and honey until combined.
  10. Remove the baked cylinders from the oven and pour the honey-lemon mixture over them.
  11. Let the cylinders rest for 1 hour to absorb the syrup.
