Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix together the walnuts and sugar.

Melt the butter and set aside.

Take one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with melted butter.

Sprinkle some of the walnut-sugar mixture on top.

Roll the sheet tightly into a cylinder shape.

Repeat steps 4-6 for the remaining sheets.

Place the rolled cylinders on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

In a small saucepan, heat the lemon juice and honey until combined.

Remove the baked cylinders from the oven and pour the honey-lemon mixture over them.

Let the cylinders rest for 1 hour to absorb the syrup.
