Cut the zucchini into thin sticks, similar to the shape of fries.

In a shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Dip each zucchini stick into the beaten egg, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
