Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes, then pat them dry.

Cut the sweet potatoes into wedges or rounds, about 1/2 inch thick.

Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
