  2. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  5. Place the marinated tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
