Oven-Baked Coconut Tofu
Tofu is made from soy milk and is a popular ingredient in vegetarian and vegan dishes due to its high protein content.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.

In a bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, soy sauce, cornstarch, shredded coconut, salt, and black pepper.

Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly.

Transfer the tofu and marinade to a baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the tofu is golden brown and crispy.

While the tofu is baking, squeeze the juice of the lime over it.

Let the tofu rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
