  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice them into thick strips.
  3. In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg. In another shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Dip each avocado strip into the egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated avocado strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fries are golden and crispy.
