Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice them into thick strips.

In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg. In another shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Dip each avocado strip into the egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the coated avocado strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
