Rinse the baby bok choy thoroughly and cut off the ends. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the oyster sauce with water until well combined.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the baby bok choy to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the leaves are wilted and stems are tender-crisp.

Pour the oyster sauce mixture over the baby bok choy and stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
