  1. Rinse the glutinous rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the rice and transfer it to a large pot.
  3. Add water and cook the rice over medium heat until it becomes tender.
  4. In a separate pot, combine coconut milk, brown sugar, and salt. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the coconut milk mixture and stir well.
  6. Continue cooking over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  8. Shape the biko into small rectangles or use a round mold.
  9. Roll the biko in grated coconut.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
