Almond Green Beans

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the almonds and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly toasted. Remove the almonds from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the cooked green beans, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the green beans are coated in the garlic and oil mixture.

Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.

Serve the almond green beans topped with toasted almonds and fresh parsley.
