  3. Stir in the peanut butter, vegetable broth, crushed tomatoes, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let the soup cool slightly. Blend until smooth using an immersion blender or regular blender.
  6. Return the soup to the pot and reheat if necessary. Stir in lime juice.
