Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess moisture.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

Add the zucchini, whole wheat flour, rolled oats, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond milk, chopped walnuts, and raisins. Stir until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
