In a large bowl, mix together the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the clusters cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.

Transfer the clusters to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, the clusters can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.
