Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into small pieces.

Boil the sweet potatoes until tender, then drain and let cool.

In a food processor, blend the sweet potatoes, coconut milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour and pecans.

Press the almond flour and pecan mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.

Pour the sweet potato mixture into the crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set.
