In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, whole wheat flour, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Knead into a soft dough.

Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Roll each ball into a small circle.

Place a portion of the potato mixture in the center of the circle and seal the edges to form a stuffed paratha.
