In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, spirulina powder, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, vegan protein powder, and almond milk.

Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

Fold in dark chocolate chips.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and press it down firmly.
