Cut the bell peppers into quarters, remove the seeds, and place them on a baking sheet.

Drizzle the peppers with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.

Roast the peppers in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until they are charred.

Remove the peppers from the oven and let them cool.

Peel the skin off the peppers and discard it.

Place the roasted peppers, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes in a blender.
