Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the avocados and mix in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and lavender extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the avocado mixture and stir until well combined.

In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until the coconut oil is melted.

Pour the wet ingredients into the avocado mixture and stir until smooth.

Gradually add the almond milk, stirring until the batter is smooth and well combined.
