Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash the okra and pat dry with a paper towel.

Trim off the ends of the okra and cut them into halves lengthwise.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Toss the okra in the spice mixture until evenly coated.

Place the seasoned okra on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the okra is tender and slightly browned.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
