Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cut the cauliflower into florets.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and lemon juice.

Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.

Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
