Rinse and drain the garbanzo beans.

In a food processor, combine the garbanzo beans, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Process until well combined but still slightly chunky.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the chickpea flour. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Shape the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Alternatively, you can bake the patties in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
